Aaron Edward Eckhart (born March 12, 1968) is an American actor known for his versatile performances in movies and TV shows. Born in Cupertino, California, Eckhart moved to the United Kingdom at a young age and later spent his high school senior year in Australia. He began his acting career by participating in school plays and gained early recognition through his collaborations with director Neil LaBute.
