Billy Campbell, born William Oliver Campbell on July 7, 1959, is an American film and television actor. He gained recognition for his recurring role as Luke Fuller in the TV series Dynasty. Campbell is best known for his portrayals of Rick Sammler on Once and Again, Det. Joey Indelli on Crime Story, Jordan Collier on The 4400, and Dr. Jon Fielding on the Tales of the City miniseries. He has also appeared in notable films such as The Rocketeer, Bram Stoker's Dracula, and Enough. Campbell has had television roles in The Killing, Helix, and Cardinal. Born in Charlottesville, Virginia, he attended Fork Union Military Academy and Western Albemarle High School.
