Carsten Nørgaard (born March 3, 1963) is a Danish actor known for his diverse roles in movies and TV shows. Born in Frederiksberg, Denmark, Nørgaard started his career portraying the enigmatic Dolphin Man in the 1988 film 'The Fruit Machine' (also known as 'Wonderland' in the U.S.). He gained recognition for his appearance in the Disney film 'D2: The Mighty Ducks' in 1994. Nørgaard has made notable recent appearances in the American alternate history TV series 'The Man in the High Castle' (2015) and 'American Traitor: The Trial of Axis Sally,' an account of the life of World War II propagandist Mildred Gillars. Despite breaking a rib during the filming of 'Alien Vs. Predator,' Nørgaard has continued to thrive in his acting career. He is also well-known in Ireland for his appearances in Norwegian oil company Statoil's TV adverts in the 1990s. Nørgaard holds an economics degree from Denmark and has studied at the Actors Centre in London. In 2019, he participated in the Tour de Rouge charitable bicycle race.
