Christopher Chace Crawford, born on July 18, 1985, is an American actor known for his television roles as Nate Archibald in Gossip Girl (2007–2012) and as The Deep in The Boys (2019–present). He has also appeared in films such as The Covenant (2006), The Haunting of Molly Hartley (2008), Twelve (2010), and What to Expect When You're Expecting (2012). In 2015, he portrayed Billy LeFever in the series Blood & Oil. Crawford was born in Lubbock, Texas, and was raised a Southern Baptist. He attended Ridgeview Elementary School in Minnesota before moving back to Texas. Crawford began his acting career after high school and gained fame for his roles in popular TV shows and movies.
