Daniel James Roebuck (born March 4, 1963) is an American actor and writer. He is best known for his roles in film, including Deputy Marshal Robert Biggs in The Fugitive (1993) and U.S. Marshals (1998), as well as Mr. Banks in Agent Cody Banks (2003) and Agent Cody Banks 2: Destination London (2004). Roebuck has also appeared in several films directed by Rob Zombie, such as The Devil's Rejects (2005) and 3 from Hell (2019). On television, he is recognized for his portrayal of Cliff Lewis in Matlock (1992–1995), Jay Leno in The Late Shift (1996), and Dr. Leslie Arzt in Lost (2004–2010).
