Earl William Billings (born July 4, 1945) is an American actor known for his role as Rob in the television series What's Happening!!. Born in Cleveland, Ohio, he gained recognition for his participation in ads for Aflac. Billings has appeared in numerous television shows and films, including Antwone Fisher (2002), American Splendor (2003), and Something New (2006). He starred in the short-lived ABC show Miss Guided, alongside Judy Greer and Brooke Burns. Billings has also made appearances in Parenthood, Cold Case, True Blood, and How I Met Your Mother. In 2018, he portrayed Dr. Kermit Gosnell in the film Gosnell: The Trial of America's Biggest Serial Killer.
