Jimmie F. Skaggs (1944-2004) was an American actor known for his appearances in both television and film. Born in Hot Springs, Arkansas, Skaggs moved to Valley City, Ohio, as a young boy and later settled in Elyria, Ohio. He began his acting career by performing in the All School play, The Great Sabastions. Skaggs made guest appearances in popular television shows such as The A Team, Hunter, Remington Steele, Hill Street Blues, Falcon Crest, Miami Vice, Thirtysomething, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Buffy The Vampire Slayer, and Curb Your Enthusiasm. He also had notable film roles, including Catch Me If You Can, Lethal Weapon, Underworld, Cutthroat Island, Puppet Master, and Ghost Town. Skaggs passed away at the age of 59 due to lung cancer.
