Lonny Ross (born 1978) is an American comedy actor and writer. He was born in Wantagh, New York and attended Wantagh High School, graduating in 1996. Ross is best known for his role as Josh Girard in the NBC sitcom 30 Rock, for which he received a Screen Actors Guild Award nomination. He appeared in 37 episodes of the show from 2006 to 2009. Ross also appeared as Max Ross in the Cartoon Network series Level Up, a role which he discussed in a Comic-Con panel. His film credits include Good Luck Chuck, The Rocker, and College Road Trip. Ross has also written a comedy pilot for the Independent Film Channel and a web series for Comedy Central.
