Louis Giambalvo Biography
Louis Giambalvo (born February 8, 1945) is an American actor known for his frequent guest roles on television. He was born and raised in the Sunset Park neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York City, and attended Catholic school. Giambalvo received a Bachelor of Fine Arts and MFA from Harpur College and was a founding member of the Colonnades Theater Lab in Greenwich Village, along with Danny DeVito and Peter Scolari. In 1979, he moved to Los Angeles, California, to pursue his film and television career. Giambalvo has appeared in numerous TV shows including Barney Miller, Hart to Hart, Hill Street Blues, Star Trek: Voyager, and ER.
