Martin Henderson (born October 8, 1974) is a New Zealand actor. He gained recognition for his roles in several popular television series and films. American audiences may know him for his portrayal of Dr. Ben Keeton on the medical drama series Off the Map (2011) and as Dr. Nathan Riggs on Grey's Anatomy (2015–2017). He currently stars as Jack Sheridan in the Netflix romantic drama Virgin River (2019–present). In 2002, Henderson delivered a notable performance as Noah Clay in the horror film The Ring. In his home country, he is remembered for his teenage role as Stuart Neilson in the soap opera Shortland Street (1992–1995). Henderson began his acting career at the age of thirteen and has since established himself as a versatile actor in both television and film.
