Peter Linz (born June 28, 1967) is an American puppeteer and voice actor. He is best known for his work with the Muppets, particularly his performance as the character Walter in the 2011 film The Muppets. Linz has been a performer on Sesame Street since 1991, and has taken on the roles of Herry Monster and Ernie on the show in 2017. He has also performed various characters on children's television shows including Snook in It's a Big Big World, Tutter and Pip in Bear in the Big Blue House, Pooh in The Book of Pooh, Tizzy on Squeak!, and Theo Lion in Between the Lions. Linz is highly regarded for his talent and contributions to the puppetry and voice acting industry.
