Richard Libertini (May 21, 1933 – January 7, 2016) was an American stage, film, and television actor known for his character roles and versatile accents. Born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, he graduated from Emerson College in Boston and began his acting career in New York City and Chicago. Libertini moved to Los Angeles in the 1960s to further pursue his acting career. He appeared in numerous films, including Catch-22 (1970), The In-Laws (1979), Popeye (1980), and Fletch (1985). He also had notable appearances in TV shows such as The Mad Show and Lethal Weapon 4 (1998). Libertini's talent and memorable performances made him a respected figure in the entertainment industry.
