Teddy Swims

Teddy Swims, born Jaten Collin Dimsdale, is an American singer-songwriter known for his genre-blending style that incorporates R&B, soul, country, and pop. He gained popularity through his cover performances on YouTube before releasing his debut major label single in January 2020. Swims has since released four EPs and his debut album, 'I've Tried Everything but Therapy (Part 1),' in 2023. Raised in Conyers, Georgia, Swims developed a love for soul music at an early age, influenced by artists like Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder, and Al Green. Despite being initially involved in football, Swims discovered his passion for music through a high school theater class, where he decided to pursue a career in the arts.
