Ari Stidham

Ari Stidham is an American actor known for his role as statistical genius Sylvester Dodd in the television series Scorpion. He was born on August 22, 1992, and grew up in Westlake Village, California. Stidham comes from a mixed Jewish heritage, with a Sephardic Jewish father and an Ashkenazi Jewish mother. He was raised in an observant Reform Jewish home and attended the Center for Early Jewish Education in Thousand Oaks. Stidham has a background in music and theater, starting his performing career at a young age. He also performed with the ComedySportz Los Angeles Improvisational comedy group. Stidham began his acting career in 2010 with a role in the ABC Family series Huge.
