Cole Kenneth Hauser (born March 22, 1975) is an American actor known for his roles in various films and television series. Some of his notable film appearances include Higher Learning, School Ties, Dazed and Confused, Good Will Hunting, Pitch Black, Tigerland, Hart's War, Tears of the Sun, The Family that Preys, 2 Fast 2 Furious, The Cave, The Break-Up, A Good Day to Die Hard, Olympus Has Fallen, and Transcendence. Hauser received a nomination for the Independent Spirit Award for Best Supporting Male for his performance in Tigerland. On television, he starred as Officer Randy Willitz in High Incident and Ethan Kelly in Rogue. Currently, he is well-known for his role as Rip Wheeler in the Paramount Network series Yellowstone. Hauser comes from a film-oriented family, being the son of Cass Warner and actor Wings Hauser. His grandfather was the Academy Award-winning screenwriter Dwight Hauser, and one of his great-grandfathers was film mogul Harry Warner, a founding partner of Warner Bros.
