George Basil

George William Basil is an American actor and producer. He grew up outside Baltimore in Essex and later moved to Greece where he worked briefly as a chef after graduating high school. Basil then relocated to Austin where he bartended and worked at a pirate radio station. Inspired by an improv class, he moved to New York City and studied at Magnet Theater. Basil is best known for his roles in films like Werewolves Within and TV series such as Flaked, Wrecked, and Crashing. He has one daughter and currently resides in Highland Park.
