Jeffrey Alan Combs is an American actor, born on September 9, 1954, in Oxnard, California. He is best known for his roles in horror films, including his starring role in Re-Animator. Combs has also made numerous appearances in the Star Trek universe, portraying a variety of characters. Additionally, he has lent his voice to popular animated series such as Justice League Unlimited, where he voiced the character Question, and the Transformers franchise, where he portrayed Ratchet. Combs honed his acting skills at Santa Maria's Pacific Conservatory of the Performing Arts and the University of Washington's Professional Actor's Training Program.
