Jennifer Hilary

Jennifer Mary Hilary (14 December 1942 – 6 August 2008) was a British actress known for her stage, film, and television performances. Born in Frimley, Surrey, she began her acting career at the Liverpool Playhouse in 1961. Her notable stage roles include Milly in Henry James' The Wings of the Dove, Lady Teazle in The School for Scandal, and Cecily Cardew in The Importance of Being Earnest. She also acted with the Birmingham Repertory Theatre. In 1963, she made her debut in New York with Jean Anouilh's The Rehearsal and later played Sasha in Chekhov's Ivanov. Jennifer Hilary's talent and versatility made her a respected figure in the entertainment industry.
