Jill Susanne Ritchie (born March 5, 1974) is an American former actress. She is best known for her roles in the 2004 film D.E.B.S. and Breakin' All the Rules. Ritchie also made a guest appearance as Bluth family publicist Jessie in an episode of Arrested Development. She co-starred in the VH1 series I Hate My 30's. Additionally, she appeared in Liam Kyle Sullivan's video 'Let Me Borrow That Top' as Katelyn and had a role in the movie Herbie: Fully Loaded as Charisma. Ritchie, born as the younger sister of rapper-singer-songwriter Kid Rock, is admired for her talent and contributions to the entertainment industry.
