Jim Lee

Jim Lee (이용철; born August 11, 1964) is a Korean American comic-book artist, writer, editor, and publisher. He is currently the President, Publisher and Chief Creative Officer of DC Comics. Lee began his career in 1987 as an artist for Marvel Comics, working on popular titles such as Alpha Flight, The Punisher War Journal, and The Uncanny X-Men. Alongside writer Chris Claremont, Lee co-created the character Gambit and worked on the best-selling comic book of all time, X-Men #1. He later contributed to the designs of X-Men: The Animated Series. In 1992, Lee co-founded Image Comics, establishing himself as one of the most influential figures in the industry.
