Lyndie Greenwood

Lyndie Greenwood is a Canadian actress born on June 6, 1983. She is best known for her recurring role as Sonya on The CW's Nikita and as a series regular on FOX's Sleepy Hollow, where she portrayed Jenny Mills in 2013. Greenwood joined the cast of the Amazon Prime Video series The Expanse in 2019, playing the recurring role of Dr. Elvi Okoye. Born and raised in Toronto, Greenwood studied dance and martial arts, and attended various voice and musical theater schools in Canada. She received acting training from multiple schools and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto in 2006. Greenwood's onscreen debut was in the low-budget Canadian movie Pinkville, and she made her television debut on an episode of The Listener. She has also made guest appearances on shows such as Rookie Blue, Flashpoint, Being Erica, and Co.
