Michelle Holmes

Michelle Holmes (born Corinne Michelle Cunliffe on January 1, 1967) is an English actress known for her appearances in various television serials. Born in Rochdale, Lancashire, Holmes began her career as a member of the pop band called the Dunky Dobbers. She later changed her professional name to gain entry into the actors' union Equity. Holmes gained recognition for her role as Susan Turner, the receptionist, in the ITV soap The Practice. She also appeared in films such as Rita, Sue and Bob Too, Damon and Debbie, and Coronation Street. Holmes has appeared in popular series like Goodnight Sweetheart, Firm Friends, and Emmerdale.
