Nazneen Contractor is an Indian-Canadian actress known for her roles in various television shows. Born on August 26, 1982, in Bombay, Contractor moved to Nigeria at the age of 7 before settling in Toronto. She gained recognition for her portrayal of Layla Hourani on CBC's The Border and Kayla Hassan on 24 in 2010. Contractor also appeared as Professor Tricia in the Letterkenny International Women’s Day special. After the conclusion of The Border, she relocated to Los Angeles and married actor Carlo Rota in 2010. They have two children together. Contractor's talent and versatility have made her a prominent figure in the entertainment industry.
