Robert Oberst

Robert Oberst (born December 20, 1984) is an American actor and former professional strongman competitor. He gained recognition as a regular competitor in the World's Strongest Man competition, reaching the finals in both 2013 and 2018, finishing in 9th and 8th place respectively. Additionally, he achieved an 8th place finish in the 2014 Arnold Strongman Classic. Born in Santa Cruz, California, Oberst stood out from a young age due to his impressive height of 6 ft 1 (1.85m) and weight of 220 lbs (99.8 kg) by his 12th birthday. Despite facing challenges, including bullying in high school, Oberst excelled in sports, lettering four times in football and showing promise in track and field. He continued his athletic journey by playing football at the collegiate level at Western Ore.
