Sam Kerr

Samantha May Kerr, born on September 10, 1993, is an Australian professional soccer player known for her role as a forward for Chelsea in the FA Women's Super League and the Australia women's national team, also known as the Matildas, which she has captained since 2019. Kerr is widely regarded as one of the best forwards in the history of the sport. She holds the record for the most goals scored by an Australian international player and is the all-time leading scorer in the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) in the United States. Kerr has also achieved the remarkable feat of winning the Golden Boot in three different leagues on three different continents: the W-League, the NWSL, and the Women's Super League.
