Shannon Chan-Kent is a Canadian voice and stage actress born on September 23, 1988. Known for her roles in various animated series, she has lent her voice to characters such as Silver Spoon and Smolder in My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, Misa Amane in the English dub of Death Note, and the Biskit twins and Youngmee Song in Littlest Pet Shop. She has also portrayed Joy Pepper in Superbook, the Chief in Pucca, and Janet in Spectacular! Additionally, Shannon is an opera singer, holding bachelor's and master's degrees in Opera from the University of British Columbia. She has performed with the Vancouver Metropolitan Orchestra and appeared in local theater productions.
