Susan Wooldridge Biography
Susan Wooldridge (born 31 July 1950) is a British actress known for her work in film and television. She won the BAFTA Award for Best Actress in a Supporting Role for her performance in Hope and Glory (1987). Wooldridge's notable television credits include The Jewel in the Crown (1984), All Quiet on the Preston Front (1994–95), and Twenty Thousand Streets Under the Sky (2005). She began her acting career in 1971 and gained recognition with her role as Daphne Manners in The Jewel in the Crown. Wooldridge has appeared in various British and co-British film productions, such as The Shout (1978) and The Last Place On Earth (1985) miniseries.
