Tiler Peck

Tiler Kalyn Peck (born January 12, 1989) is an American ballet dancer and principal dancer with the New York City Ballet. Born in Bakersfield, California, Peck began her ballet training at her mother's studio at the age of two. She received private lessons in Hollywood from Alla Khaniashvili, a former dancer with the Bolshoi Ballet, and later studied with New York City Ballet dancers Colleen and Patricia Neary in California. Peck also trained at the Westside School of Ballet in Santa Monica, where she learned the Balanchine technique from former New York City Ballet principal Yvonne Mousey. In addition to ballet, Peck has performed in musical theatre shows and made cameo appearances in films such as Donnie Darko and television series including Tiny Pretty Things.
