Vidya Malvade Biography
Vidya Malvade is an Indian actress born on 2 March 1973 in Maharashtra, India. She started her career as an air hostess and later ventured into modeling. Vidya made her acting debut in Vikram Bhatt's film Inteha (2003). Despite the movie's failure, she continued to pursue acting and appeared in various advertisements. In 2007, she gained recognition for her role as the goalie and captain of the Indian women's national hockey team in Chak De India. Vidya has also acted in other films such as Yaara Silly Silly. Apart from her acting career, she has a background in Law and previously worked as an air hostess. She has been married twice, first to Capt. Arvind Singh Bagga, who sadly passed away in a plane crash, and later to Sanjay Dayma, who worked on the film Lagaan as the screenplay writer.
