Aaron Freeman Biography
Aaron Freeman (born June 8, 1956) is an American journalist, stand-up comedian, author, cartoonist, and blogger. During the 1990s, Freeman hosted the weekly radio program Metropolis in the Midwest and served as a commentator on NPR's All Things Considered. He co-wrote and directed the stage comedy The Arab/Israeli Comedy Hour and is a member of the quartet the Israeli/Palestinian Comedy Tour. Freeman has performed with The Second City and continues to perform with the Second City Theater. He also created the political and financial comedy Do the White Thing and its sequel Gentlemen Prefer Bonds with Rob Kolson. In 1983, Freeman created and performed the satire Council Wars. He hosted the television talk show Talking with Aaron Freeman for ten years.
