Aaron Marcus
Aaron Marcus is an American user-interface and information-visualization designer, as well as a computer graphics artist. Born on May 22, 1943, in Omaha, Nebraska, Marcus developed a passion for science, technology, and visual communication from a young age. In the 1950s, he explored interests in astronomy, paleontology, and cartooning. Marcus pursued his education at Princeton University, graduating with an A.B. in physics in 1965. He furthered his studies at Yale University's School of Art and Architecture, earning his BFA and MFA in 1968. During his time at Yale, Marcus gained knowledge in various artistic mediums, including painting, drawing, printmaking, and photography. With a diverse background, Aaron Marcus has become a prominent figure in the field of user-interface design and computer graphics art.
