Adam MacDougall

Adam 'Mad Dog' MacDougall is an Australian author, businessman, and former professional rugby league footballer. Born on May 8, 1975, in Sydney, Australia, MacDougall played in the 1990s and 2000s, representing New South Wales State of Origin and Australia internationally. He had a successful career primarily with the Newcastle Knights, winning the Premierships in 1997 and 2001. MacDougall also played for the Sydney Roosters and South Sydney Rabbitohs. After retiring from rugby league, he founded a nutrition company that produces the popular meal replacement product, The MAN Shake. MacDougall is known for his try-scoring ability, ranking third on the Knights' all-time try scorers list.
