Alexander John Joseph Doyle (born August 28, 1980) is a British musician known for his work as the guitarist and synthesizer player for the indie electronic band Hot Chip and the rock band LCD Soundsystem. He is also a founding member of the electronic band New Build. Doyle began his musical journey at a young age, taking piano and cello lessons. As he grew older, he taught himself various instruments such as the guitar, drums, and bass guitar, and developed skills in computer music production. Doyle joined Hot Chip in 2003 and has been an integral part of the band ever since.
