Alba Baptista

Alba Baptista (born July 10, 1997) is a Portuguese actress known for her work in both Portuguese and English-language productions. She began her acting career in Portugal with the series Jardins Proibidos (2014–2015) and went on to star in various Portuguese series and films such as A Impostora, Filha da Lei, A Criação, and Jogo Duplo. In 2020, Baptista made her English-language debut as the lead in the Netflix series Warrior Nun. Born in Lisbon, Portugal, Baptista attended a German school before deciding to pursue acting at the age of 15. She has been recognized for her talent, receiving the Best Actress Award at the Festival Ibérico de Ciné for her role in Simão Cayatte's short film Miami.
