Alexander Vargas Blay, better known as Alex Vargas, is a Danish singer, songwriter, and record producer. Born on February 17, 1988, in Denmark, Vargas relocated to London at the age of 17 to pursue his musical career. He gained recognition as the lead vocalist of the band Vagabond, signed to Geffen Records. The band toured extensively in the UK and performed at renowned music festivals such as Glastonbury, T in the Park, and V. In 2010, Vargas decided to focus on his solo career. He collaborated with trance band Above & Beyond, co-writing and featuring on several songs from their album We Are All We Need. Vargas signed with Copenhagen Records in 2014 and continues to create compelling music.
