    Alexander Wong Biography
    Alexander Wong Kin Ming (born 1951?) is an actor and influential figure from Hong Kong. He is best known for his role as Assistant Chief Commissioner (since 1997) and International Commissioner of the Scout Association of Hong Kong (May 1997 to December 2001). Wong also served as the Chairman of the Asia-Pacific Regional Governance Review Task Force. He has a long history with Scouting, joining as a boy in 1961 and becoming a Queen's Scout in 1968. Wong was instrumental in developing the Association of Top Achiever Scouts (ATAS), a fellowship group for Scouts and Scouters who have achieved the highest rank in their Scout associations. Currently, Wong serves as the Membership Director for ATAS.
