Alison Clare Quinn, OAM, born on April 21, 1977, is an Australian Paralympic athlete known for her achievements in multiple sports. Born in Manly, Sydney, with cerebral palsy and hemiplegia on her left side, Quinn became involved in gymnastics at a young age to improve her coordination. She now trains in swimming, weights, and track work at the Sydney Academy of Sport. Alongside her athletic career, Quinn works as a part-time gymnastic coach and a motivational speaker, dedicated to raising awareness of disabled sports. Over the course of her career, she has won five medals at three Paralympic Games, including two gold medals in the 1992 Barcelona Games, a bronze in the 1996 Atlanta Games, and a gold and a silver at the 2000 Sydney Games.
