Alli Webb is an American businesswoman, writer, and co-founder of Drybar, a popular chain of salons specializing in blowouts. Born and raised in Florida, Webb's passion for fashion was ignited by her parents, who owned a clothing business. After a brief stint at Florida State University, she moved to New York City where she worked for fashion designer Nicole Miller. Eventually, Webb and her brother relocated to Florida and opened more stores for Miller before parting ways. She then attended The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and trained in hairdressing under industry expert John Sahag. In 2010, Webb co-founded Drybar with her brother and then husband, growing it into a thriving business with over 125 locations by 2019. She also launched a line of styling tools and products in 2013.
