Alyson Cambridge

Alyson Cambridge is an American operatic soprano known for her versatile singing abilities in various genres such as opera, classical song, jazz, and American songbook. She has also made appearances as a model, actress, and host. In 2003, Cambridge achieved a significant milestone by winning the Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions, becoming the competition's youngest Grand Prize winner in its history. Her talent and dedication led to her Metropolitan Opera debut in Carmen the following year. Cambridge has received numerous accolades throughout her career, including First Prize in the Licia Albanese-Puccini Foundation International Voice Competition and the George London Foundation Award in 2003 and 2004 respectively. She has also released successful solo albums, including From the Diary of Sally Hemings and Until Now.
