Amanda N. Nguyen (born October 10, 1991) is a social entrepreneur, civil rights activist, and the CEO and founder of Rise, a non-governmental civil rights organization. She played a key role in proposing and drafting the Sexual Assault Survivors' Rights Act, which passed unanimously in Congress.
