Amber Portwood

Amber Leann Portwood is an American reality television personality and convicted criminal. She gained fame after being cast in the reality television series 16 and Pregnant in 2009, which documented the pregnancies and early motherhood experiences of teenage girls. Portwood garnered public attention in 2010 when an episode featured her engaging in domestic violence against her partner, resulting in her imprisonment for various crimes. She also appeared in the spin-off series Teen Mom, appearing in all four seasons until its conclusion in 2012. Portwood returned to MTV in 2015 for the fifth season of the show, which was renamed Teen Mom OG. She is the daughter of Tonya and Shawn Edwin Portwood Sr. and has a brother named Shawn Edwin Portwood Jr.
