Amberley Snyder

Amberley Snyder, born on January 29, 1991, is a championship barrel racer, as well as a competitor in pole bending and breakaway roping. At the age of 19, she faced a life-altering car crash in 2010 that left her paralyzed from the waist down. Despite this, Snyder persevered and continued to compete in rodeo events. In 2015, she even won a fan exemption to compete at The American Rodeo. Alongside her achievements in the rodeo world, Snyder has also become a motivational speaker. Born to Tina and Cory Snyder, she is the second-oldest of five siblings. Snyder began riding horses at the age of 3 and started competing in rodeo barrel racing at the age of 7. She holds the 2009 All-Around Cowgirl World Championship in the National Little Britches Rodeo Association, and she served as the 2009-2010 Utah State FFA President.
