Andrea Menard Biography
Andrea Menard (born 1971) is a Canadian actress, playwright, and jazz singer. She was born in 1971 in Flin Flon, Manitoba and is of Métis descent. Menard is best known for her roles in the television series Moccasin Flats (2003), where she played a police officer with the Regina Police Service in Regina, Saskatchewan, and Rabbit Fall (2007–2008), where she starred as Constable Tara Wheaton. She is also the voice of characters Sarah Merasty and Kohkum on the APTN stop motion animated program Wapos Bay: The Series (2005–Present). Additionally, Menard is an accomplished jazz singer and wrote and composed the one-woman, musical one act play The Velvet Devil, which opened to rave reviews in 1998.
