Andrew Buchan Biography
Andrew Neil Buchan (born 19 February 1979) is an English actor and writer. He is best known for his roles in various television dramas including Mark Latimer in the ITV series Broadchurch (2013–17), Scott Foster in the BBC political drama Party Animals (2007), John Mercer in the ITV drama series The Fixer (2008–09), and William Garrow in the BBC period drama Garrow's Law (2009–11). Buchan was born in Stockport and raised in Lostock, Bolton. He attended Rivington and Blackrod High School and graduated from Durham University with a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages. He trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA).
