Andrew Neil Biography
Andrew Neil is a Scottish journalist and broadcaster. He was born on May 21, 1949, in Paisley, Renfrewshire. Neil attended Paisley Grammar School and later studied at the University of Glasgow. He began his journalism career in 1973 as a correspondent for The Economist. Neil served as the editor of The Sunday Times from 1983 to 1994 and became a contributor to the Daily Mail afterward. He was also the chief executive and editor-in-chief of Press Holdings Media Group. Neil has been involved with various television programs, including Sunday Politics, This Week, Daily Politics, Politics Live, and The Andrew Neil Show. He is currently the chairman of The Spectator and presents The Andrew Neil Show on Channel 4.
