Anne Wojcicki
Anne E. Wojcicki (born July 28, 1973) is an American entrepreneur and CEO of the personal genomics company 23andMe. She co-founded the company in 2006 with Linda Avey and Paul Cusenza to provide the general public access to their genetic information. Wojcicki is also a co-founder and board member of the Breakthrough Prize. Born in Palo Alto, California, she grew up on Stanford's campus. Wojcicki's parents are Esther Wojcicki, an educator and journalist, and Stanley Wojcicki, a physics professor emeritus at Stanford University. She has two older sisters, Susan Wojcicki, former CEO of YouTube, and Janet Wojcicki, an anthropologist and epidemiologist. In 2007, Wojcicki married Google co-founder Sergey Brin, and they divorced in 2015.
