Anthony Davis

Anthony Marshon Davis Jr., known as AD, is an American professional basketball player for the Los Angeles Lakers of the NBA. Born on March 11, 1993, Davis has played the power forward and center positions throughout his career. He began his NBA journey with the New Orleans Pelicans before joining the Lakers. With numerous accolades, Davis has been an eight-time NBA All-Star, a member of four All-NBA First Teams and four NBA All-Defensive Teams. He achieved the pinnacle of success in his first season with the Lakers by winning the 2020 NBA Finals. Davis is highly regarded as one of the greatest power forwards in the history of basketball. Prior to his professional career, he showcased his talents at the University of Kentucky, where he was named Consensus National Player of the Year and earned several other prestigious awards.
