April Bloomfield

April Bloomfield (born 1974) is a British chef known for her work in the culinary industry. She has opened two notable restaurants in New York, The Spotted Pig and The Breslin Bar & Dining Room. Bloomfield gained experience at various restaurants in the United Kingdom, including The River Café and Bibendum.
