Arthur Bostrom Biography
Arthur Bostrom FRGS (born 6 January 1955) is an English actor best known for his role as Officer Crabtree in the long-running BBC TV sitcom 'Allo 'Allo!. Born in Rugby, Warwickshire, Bostrom attended Lawrence Sheriff School and graduated from St Chad's College, University of Durham. Aside from his television career, he also acted on stage regularly and is a trained life coach. Bostrom had a small role in the Miss Marple series 1 The Body in the Library in 1984. In 'Allo 'Allo!, he portrayed Officer Crabtree, a hopeless British undercover officer disguised as a French local policeman during WWII, from the second series until the show's finale.
