Asha James

Asha James, born on December 5, 1999, is a multi-talented Tobagonian athlete, known for her achievements in javelin throwing, beach soccer, and football. She currently serves as a midfielder for the West Texas A&M Buffaloes, a popular US college team. In addition, she is a valued member of the Trinidad and Tobago women's national team. Growing up in Canaan, Tobago, James developed a passion for sports from an early age. Her impressive sporting career includes representing Trinidad and Tobago in the 2016 CONCACAF Women's U-17 Championship qualification and earning caps during the 2020 CONCACAF Women's Olympic Qualifying Championship qualification at the senior level.
